![]() I talk to and was told that they can not refund my money it has to come from Tuscany Suites. I went by the box office and spoke with Andrea about the mistake and was told that would have to send notification to them for my money to be refunded which I later found out that they had already sent the request on 10/10/21 at 1:29 and Tuscany Suites box office had denied my refund. We went to the show under the second set of tickets because we were not aware that the first purchase went thru. We did not find out that the purchase went thru until 10/10/21. So we booked another set of tickets on the Tuscany box office web site. When the tickets were booked we got an error message and no confirmation that the purchase went thru. I came there on my birthday and we booked tickets to the 10/8/21 show thru. I was very dis satisfied with the treatment I received from the box office at Tuscany suites. ![]()
